Transforming Lives Through Community Nonprofits
Seattle’s Pongo Poetry Project, Yoga Behind Bars, and Bike Works empower individuals through healing and growth. Pongo uses poetry to help youth overcome trauma, Yoga Behind Bars provides mindfulness tools to incarcerated individuals, and Bike Works promotes cycling education and sustainability.
