A Few Ways To Practice Self-Care!
Over the last few weeks, we’ve discussed some ways to take care of your own mental well-being such as the use of aromatherapy, tapping (also known as emotional freedom technique), and practicing yoga. Each week, we’ll share ways to promote mental well-being as well as reduce and manage stress.
