Tiana’s Spring Routine

Following months of hibernation and taking things at a more leisurely pace throughout the winter, spring calls for a change in Tiana’s routine. It allows her to adapt to the change in weather (who doesn’t love Seattle’s spring and summer?) and capitalize on the new energy that comes with it.

For spring, Tiana gradually ramps up the intensity of her workouts. This entails upping the ante on HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and incorporating two extra days dedicated to strength training and mobility. If you really know her, you know she loves to dance, but as a customary change, she swaps it out for running stairs and swimming. After all, you need to take advantage of the nicer weather while it’s around!

Spring also means decluttering and refreshing Tiana’s living and work spaces. Deep cleaning allows her to get rid of accumulated dust from the winter months, creating a fresh and invigorating environment. Donating clothes that she no longer wears not only helps to declutter her closet and make room for new items but also allows others to benefit from items that are still in good condition. It's a wonderful way to give back and start the season with a clean slate both inside and out!

While Tiana believes in enjoying the moment, she also likes to plan ahead! It's a time to mark off days on the calendar for those much-needed long weekends and vacations that allow her to recharge and enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. In essence, spring sets the stage for a season filled with fun, relaxation, and cherished moments with loved ones!

Lastly, it inspires her to seize and prepare for new business opportunities! In July, Tiana will be teaching at the Pacific Northwest School of Massage Conference at Britenbrush. This conference will offer a platform to share her expertise and connect with peers in the industry, fostering professional growth and networking opportunities.

Moreover, rolling out fresh social media content, such as Movement Snackand Ask Tiana Tuesday, not only engages her existing followers but also attracts new ones, enhancing brand visibility and establishing thought leadership in her field.
