Mental Health Awareness Month
This Wednesday marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Month to raise awareness about mental health issues and the importance of mental well-being. The month of May is dedicated to spreading knowledge about mental health, reducing the stigma surrounding mental illnesses, and advocating for policies that support people with mental health conditions. Each week, we’ll share ways to promote mental well-being as well as reduce and manage stress.

Kay, who supports with PR and marketing, and is a Brooklynite through and through, knows how to make the most of those occasional rainy days while still embracing the city's vibrant atmosphere.

James’ Spring Routine
Spring is a time of renewal and rejuvenation, so it's a great time to shake off winter habits and refresh your routine! This could mean incorporating more outdoor activities, adding fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet, or adjusting your exercise routine to take advantage of the longer days and warmer weather.
