Hey y’all,

As we embark on the final days of May, it's time to put all four poses into a sequence that will leave you feeling energized, centered and relaxed.

With the integration of all the poses we've learned, continue to flow through this sequence mindfully, syncing your movements with your breath. Allow the breath to be your guide, reminding you to stay present and connected with each movement.

Remember, each day brings an opportunity to refine your alignment and more exploration on your wellness path.
