Win These Exciting Prizes + More!

Hey y’all,

Join us this Sunday, August 20th, at 11 AM on Pier 62 for our last class for summer! (We promise we won’t cry!) Make sure to tell your family and friends, as it’s FREE to the public, and we want to make this class one for the books! And we will also have some exciting giveaways from Float Seattle, Urban Float, DRYP Yoga, Solid Core, and more at the end of class! Make sure to register HERE!

Float Seattle

Ever heard of Float tanks, sensory deprivation, or R.E.S.T? They all refer to the same thing! Experience an hour in zero gravity, supported effortlessly in shallow water by 1000 lbs of Epsom salt. Reduced external stimuli, no distractions. Want to become more resilient to stress? Suffer less anxiety and self-doubt? Ease chronic pain without expensive drugs or therapies? Cultivate more presence, flow, and creativity in your life? Floating is the antidote.

[solidcore]

[solidcore] is 50 minutes of low-impact strength training using a pilates-inspired reformer to build a stronger version of yourself. Designed to break down muscles to failure, our high-intensity workouts help you build strength on a stronger foundation than before. Each slow and controlled exercise is carefully crafted to target type 1, or slow-twitch, muscle fibers. As they break down, you may experience the “shakes” (which is a good thing!) – this means your muscles are getting stronger!

Urban Float

Urban Float is committed to providing a clean, calm, and welcoming environment so guests can get the most out of flotation therapy. Whether you’re seeking pain management, sports recovery, stress relief, improved focus, or simply disconnect from a hyper-connected world, Urban Float creates a sanctuary to help everyone, everywhere, improve their quality of life.

DRYP Yoga

DRYP Yoga is a new kind of yoga experience where the power of technology meets the ancient yoga practice. Their fully immersive studio combines stunning visuals on a state-of-the-art LED wall with the calming atmosphere of a traditional yoga class. It is an inclusive community that promotes collective healing & self-discovery, empowering you to attain wellness of body, heart, & mind.

Cheers,
