Soulful Flow Yoga
Soulful Flow Yoga (SFY) is an inclusive practice founded by Jasmine RaShae’. Her vision is to provide yoga services for all, focusing on representation and exposure to yoga and wellness for communities of color. She also partners with the local community to cultivate inclusive experiences and provide healing tools through movement, meditation, and music. Her services include youth, adult, and elder yoga, yoga for athletes, workplace yoga, private and group sessions, events, retreats, training, and conferences.
Athletic Form
Athletic Form is a fitness center in Seattle’s SODO District dedicated to nurturing a healthy and inclusive community through an evolving approach to fitness and wellness. Their mission is “to build our own playing field.” They do this through curated Sports Performance and Strength & Conditioning programming, a space for genuine connection and respect for individuality. They offer both one-on-one and group training.
Wellness Gaines
Wellness Gaines is a studio located in Renton where they believe that wellness encompasses the mind, body, and soul. Their mission is to create a nurturing and empowering environment where individuals of all ages, abilities, and fitness aspirations can thrive. They have a team of passionate experts who possess deep knowledge in various aspects of well-being and offer a variety of classes such as Steel Gaines, Flow Gaines, Strength Gaines, HIIT Gaines, Minor Gaines, and an open gym.
Tai Mattox founded Experiences by Tai to help people slow down. She offers a variety of experiences to help people slow down, including Vibrational Sound Therapy, mindfulness and meditation classes and presentations, sound baths, gentle yoga, and aromatherapy. They can be private one-on-one sessions, corporate wellness classes, community classes, and more.
