Join In for Summer Workout Events!

Make the most of the last few weeks of summer by taking your workouts outdoors! Whether it’s a morning jog, a yoga session in the park, or just a walk around the neighborhood, exercising outside is a great way to soak up some Vitamin D and enjoy the fresh air! The warm weather and longer days make it the perfect time to switch up your routine and get moving in nature. See below for some upcoming events this week!

Join Atlee from Treasure Movement for a laid-back yoga session where we’ll explore yoga together and work on getting stronger and more flexible. Atlee’s all about helping you discover what your mind and body can do! In the class, you’ll dive into basic poses and really tune into your breath. Expect to stretch out those tricky, tight muscles and find some inner calm along the way. The next class is on Wednesday, August 21st from 6 to 6:50PM. Learn more HERE!

It’s completely free and all ages are welcome! A portion of Lake Washington Boulevard will be closed to motorized vehicles from 10 a.m. Saturday to 6 p.m. Sunday for this event. Learn more HERE
