Stretch into Spring

Exercise: Cat-Cow Flow (1-2 minutes)
This simple spinal movement is a gentle way to wake up your nervous system.

Move between arching your back (Cow) and rounding it (Cat) while synchronizing each movement with your breath. It helps release tension and improves circulation—like opening the windows and letting the fresh air in. Watch this video HERE.

Breathe for Balance

Practice: Box Breathing (4-4-4-4 count)

Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold for another 4. Repeat this cycle 3-5 times before returning to your regular breathing pattern. This Navy SEAL-approved breathwork technique calms the mind, regulates your heart rate, and grounds your body in the present moment. Watch this video HERE.
