Lastly, I wanted to share some sad news as I had to make a very tough decision over the weekend. I have decided to discontinue our fitness programs and only focus on massage. Massage has always been my passion and unfortunately, I do not have the bandwidth at the moment to teach fitness classes. Perhaps I will revisit the idea in the near future but for now my work-life balance is my priority. I thank you all for being supportive this past year and look forward to seeing you on the massage table soon!
