How To ❤️ Yourself This Valentine’s Day
We're three weeks away from Valentine's Day! And no, you don't need to be in a relationship with someone to celebrate it either. (Remember, the best relationship is the one you have with yourself!) So whether you're boo'd up or single, below are some ideas on how you can celebrate with ❤️!
1. Bath
Warm baths are not just ideal on cold days; they also deliver an abundance of skin and health benefits too. They include: loosening tension after a long and hectic day, alleviating muscle pains after a workout, and promoting detox. It's especially helpful for those who have trouble sleeping at night.
